　　摘 要

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)是一種容積式壓縮機(jī)，屬于旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械，具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)腔不需要潤滑油、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、性能穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，已被廣泛應(yīng)用于石化、建材、電力、冶煉、化肥、礦山、港口、輕紡、食品、造紙、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖和污水處理、環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)等諸多領(lǐng)域。

　　羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)主要是有一對腰形漸開線轉(zhuǎn)子、齒輪、軸承、密封和機(jī)殼等部件組成。

　　Abstract

　　Roots blower is a positive displacement compressors are rotary machine, has a simple structure, the fan cavity does not require luJGRicants, smooth operation, stable performance, etc., have been widely used in petrochemical, building materials, electric power, metallurgy, chemical fertilizers, mining, ports, textile, food, paper, aquaculture and wastewater treatment, environmental protection industry and many other fields.

　　The main structure of the Roots blower is a pair of kidney-shaped involute rotors, gears, bearings, seals and chassis and other components.

　　In this paper, according to the design requirements for large flow blower design, the first of the structural characteristics of the Roots blower, working principle and should be shipped in the field were analyzed; proposed design for this project on the basis of these analysis; then to Roots the major part of the blower detailed analysis and design, including the selection of the motor, V belt drive design, analysis and design of the rotor, design synchronization gears, shafts and shaft parts of the design and verification and block design, and prepared this blower use and maintenance manual; finally draw the blower assembly drawings and part drawings mainly through AutoCAD drawing software.
